At GrowthPlug, we help healthcare practices grow and modernize. GrowthPlug provides an innovative patient acquisition and retention platform for hundreds of healthcare practices.
In a Sales Manager role, you will build a world-class sales team by hiring, training, and motivating a team of Inside Sales Account Executives. You will set up a high-performing inside sales team and play a pivotal role in driving revenue at GrowthPlug.
Responsibilities
- Accurately forecast pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals
- Develop a deep understanding of the product and its various use cases
- Hire, onboard, train, and coach a team of world-class sales professionals
- Establish clear KPIs for the sales development team and account executives
- Help team achieve goals from a daily, weekly, and monthly activity standpoint
- Conduct regular call coaching to improve sales performance
Skills
- 4-5 years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales
- Experience building a team of SDRs/BDRs and Account Executives
- Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in leading successful sales teams in the past with a process-oriented approach
- Ability to motivate and coach team members to surpass goals
- Willing to get on the phone and help close deals to lead by example
- Passionate about onboarding, coaching, and managing a sales team
