The role

At GrowthPlug, we help healthcare practices grow and modernize. GrowthPlug provides an innovative patient acquisition and retention platform for hundreds of healthcare practices.

In a Sales Manager role, you will build a world-class sales team by hiring, training, and motivating a team of Inside Sales Account Executives. You will set up a high-performing inside sales team and play a pivotal role in driving revenue at GrowthPlug.

 

Responsibilities

  • Accurately forecast pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product and its various use cases
  • Hire, onboard, train, and coach a team of world-class sales professionals
  • Establish clear KPIs for the sales development team and account executives
  • Help team achieve goals from a daily, weekly, and monthly activity standpoint
  • Conduct regular call coaching to improve sales performance

 

Skills

  • 4-5 years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales
  • Experience building a team of SDRs/BDRs and Account Executives
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in leading successful sales teams in the past with a process-oriented approach
  • Ability to motivate and coach team members to surpass goals
  • Willing to get on the phone and help close deals to lead by example
  • Passionate about onboarding, coaching, and managing a sales team
