The role

At GrowthPlug, we help healthcare practices grow and modernize. GrowthPlug provides an innovative patient acquisition and retention platform for hundreds of healthcare practices.

As a Full Stack Python Web Developer, you will play a pivotal role in building the central capabilities of the GrowthPlug platform, enabling the system to scale for a large user base. You are required to work with the Back End as well as the Front End, or client side. Exceptional candidates would have an opportunity to grow quickly, moving into Engineering management!

Responsibilities

• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Debugging programs and integrating applications with third-party web services
• Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation
• Translate business requirements to suitable backend logic
• As part of the Engineering team, contribute to building new features in the product
• Your scope will include everything from how applications are developed and tested locally to how they are built, integration-tested, and deployed using Jenkins Pipeline
• Coordinate with Dev Ops Team for POCs and Implementation

Qualifications

• Experience with Python/Django framework and PostgreSQL database
• Experience with developing REST APIs
• Experience with AngularJS and/or React
• Experience in CSS precompilers (LESS, SASS/SCSS)
• Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML/CSS
• Knowledge of working on large-scale distributed systems
• Familiarity with Celery and Redis
