The role
At GrowthPlug, we help healthcare practices grow and modernize. GrowthPlug provides an innovative patient acquisition and retention platform for hundreds of healthcare practices.
In a Business Development role, you will help establish relationships with healthcare practices and build a quality prospect pipeline for the Account Executive team. You will set up exploratory conversations with doctor offices while conducting high-volume outbound prospecting to nurture leads and prioritize meaningful discussions.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert on core product value and its key benefits
- Identify and build relationships with champions in target accounts
- Conduct high volume prospecting to set appointments
- Accomplish goals from a daily, weekly, monthly activity standpoint
- Demonstrate commitment to setup quality meetings by handling objections
- Partner with Account Executive and build a healthy sales pipeline
Qualifications
- 0 – 12 months of experience in sales or customer-facing role
- Great written and verbal communication
- Intellectually curious and great listening skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Strong desire to grow fast and get promoted
- An exemplary work ethic and grit
