The role

At GrowthPlug, we help healthcare practices grow and modernize. GrowthPlug provides an innovative patient acquisition and retention platform for hundreds of healthcare practices.

In a Business Development role, you will help establish relationships with healthcare practices and build a quality prospect pipeline for the Account Executive team. You will set up exploratory conversations with doctor offices while conducting high-volume outbound prospecting to nurture leads and prioritize meaningful discussions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on core product value and its key benefits
  • Identify and build relationships with champions in target accounts
  • Conduct high volume prospecting to set appointments
  • Accomplish goals from a daily, weekly, monthly activity standpoint
  • Demonstrate commitment to setup quality meetings by handling objections
  • Partner with Account Executive and build a healthy sales pipeline

 

Qualifications

  • 0 – 12 months of experience in sales or customer-facing role
  • Great written and verbal communication
  • Intellectually curious and great listening skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Strong desire to grow fast and get promoted
  • An exemplary work ethic and grit
